We are proud to present this tenugui with a drawing by renowned artist Stan Sakai, creator of Usagi Yojimbo! Tenugui (literally “hand towel”) was a versatile Japanese accessory for a samurai. You could use it to tie back your sleeves while fighting, or as a headband to keep sweat from obscuring your vision while fighting. You could also use it to carry your sake bottle (for a drink after fighting!). And now you can even use it as a face covering in the fight against coronavirus! Made from 100% cotton. 35" x 13".
