Enduring Communities was a multi-year (2006-2009) partnership project with the Japanese American National Museum and its five partners: Arizona State University's Asian Pacific American Studies Program; University of Colorado, Boulder; University of New Mexico; UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures; and Davis School District, Utah. This collaborative effort with educators, communities, and students resulted in a national conference, a Field Guide to Collaboration, and new curricula about the Japanese American World War II experience for classrooms in these five states.
