From our good friends at Higashi Glaser Design, designers of our Children’s Courtyard Kaeru mascot, we have a Kaeru green bandana! Made from lightweight 100% cotton it's a great prop for Wild West pretend games or for teaching your child how to wrap their bento boxes furoshiki-style. Kaeru is the Japanese word for "frog" which is the mascot for our Children's Courtyard. But it is also a homonym for the word meaning "return". We hope that all the children whose names are engraved in the Courtyard will return to the Museum and become supporters!
