Shipping & Handling STANDARD DELIVERY Most standard deliveries in the continental U.S. are sent via UPS Ground delivery and made within 14 business days (see below for shipping/handling rates). You will be advised of a delay on shipping that exceeds 30 days. Standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and APO (or other military address) will be charged an additional $3 fee, and is generally sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments to PO Boxes or other addresses in the continental United States where UPS is unable to ship will be charged an additional $3 charge at the time of processing. See below for shipping rates chart. RUSH DELIVERY For quicker delivery, we offer a RUSH service. RUSH orders are generally shipped via UPS 2-Day and take 2-3 business days for delivery. Orders using the RUSH delivery option that are received by noon PST, Tuesday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped on the next business weekday. Please note that we are closed on Mondays. RUSH delivery is available within the 50 United States except to PO Boxes and military addresses. Shipping and handling for RUSH delivery to Hawaii or Alaska may be charged an additional $3. See below for shipping rates chart. GIFT ORDERS If you are ordering a gift that you wish to receive in time for holiday delivery, please visit our Holiday Shipping Recommendations page for suggested ordering deadlines. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For orders that are to be shipped outside the United States, you will be sent an email that includes your shipping options and costs before your order is processed. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your reply to this email accepting one of the shipping options offered. Shipments to international addresses generally take about 1-2 weeks for Express Mail delivery and 2-4 weeks for Priority Mail. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS If we expect an out of stock item is going to take more than two weeks to be re-stocked, we will notify you by phone or email. If other items on your order are in stock, we will automatically ship them ahead and send the backorder when it becomes available. You will not be charged for your backordered item until it is shipped. You will not be charged extra shipping fees. CONTRIBUTIONS There are no shipping/handling charges on contribution amounts (Memberships, Children’s Courtyard, General Donations).
