Tensha beads are custom-made in Osaka by transferring designs onto an acrylic base and then coating them with lacquer, creating a lightweight bead with an intricate design. The gossamer wings of the dragonfly appear as delicate as real-life. This 18” necklace combines the tensha beads with jade beads and cultured champagne pearls for an elegant statement piece. Chain and clasp are gold-plated brass. Tensha beads are 1/2" diameter.
