Horitomo, one of the featured tattoo artists in the JANM exhibition, Perseverance: Japanese Tattoo Tradition in a Modern World (2014), has been tattooing for over twenty years and is well versed in Japanese tradition including tebori (Japanese hand tattooing). He is best known for his series of artwork combining his two great passions in life--tattoos and cats.
