COVID-19 Updates for the JANM Store

3/31/21 - We are excited to be opening the museum again in April! The JANM Store will not be physically open to the public yet, due to much needed renovation and redesign to be compliant with new distancing and low-touch shopping. Thankfully during the past year our online store grew to surpass the capacity of the on-site store and previous online activity combined. The Store pivoted and focused its energies into fulfilling online orders. New protocols, processes and physical reconfiguration were part of this time, but now we are re-imagining what being open to the public again should look like to insure the best experience for visitors.

During the latter months of the year we implemented on-site pick up, although the bulk of our orders were still placed for shipping. However, we think this will be helpful as we gradually try to return to having on-site visitors. That said we would like to encourage you to place orders for in-store pick-up on the day of your visit. And all orders set for in-store pick-up for the weekend of April 9-11 will receive a free gift with purchase!

4/7/21 - The JANM Store remains closed to the public, but the online store is currently filling and shipping orders. If you’d like to place an order by phone, please leave a message on our toll-free number 888-769-5559, and a store associate will get back to you within 24 hours. You may place an online order at anytime 24 hours a day.
