The last Year of the Rabbit (2011) the exhibition Year of the Rabbit: Stan Sakai’s Usagi Yojimbo was featured at JANM. Usagi is still our favorite rabbit character and he’s back in Chibi form, created by Julie Fujii Sakai, whose book with Stan, Chibi Usagi: Attack of the Heebie Chibis, just received a 2022 Eisner Award at Comic-Con! Julie Sakai created this year’s Zodiac shirt featuring the famous Chibi Usagi getting ready for Oshogatsu at JANM by pounding the mochi. Youth XS (4-5), S (6-7), M (8). For adult sizes click here.
